Social Worker Core

Description

This training is for Social Workers with 2 or less years in hospice. Training Modules include: Hospice Regulation/Concept Bereavement Interdisciplinary Team, Role, Boundaries- Psychosocial, Assessments, Care Plans Interventions, Documentation Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association, #1359, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 2/28/2023 – 2/28/2026. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this training will receive up to 7.5 continuing education clock hours.

Registrations starts at 7:30am. Training at 8am. Please be ready to go at 8am.

MHPCA Office

We are located in a building with a law firm between churches. No parking on site. Street parking is metered. Park in Madison Street Parking Deck or Adams street behind First Christian Church.
