The Midwest Regional Conference on Palliative & End of Life Care seeks to provide education for a multidisciplinary group of health care professionals to increase the quality of end of life care.
Objective:
The primary goal of the Midwest Regional Conference on Palliative & End-of-Life Care is to offer educational opportunities to a diverse group of healthcare professionals, enhancing the standard of end-of-life care.
Target Audience:
This conference is tailored for a multidisciplinary audience, including physicians and their teams, hospital nurses, social workers, discharge planners, hospice nurses, administrators, medical directors, chaplains, volunteers, volunteer coordinators, bereavement coordinators, nursing home administrators and staff, ethics committees, long-term care nurses, palliative care nurses, and all healthcare professionals across disciplines requiring and delivering hospice and palliative care services.
10/19/25- 5pm Welcome Reception with the Exhibitors - Compassion in Action 10/20/25 Conference opens at 8am with a choice of one of two intensives and at noon Monday Keynote Speaker, breakout sessions, box lunch and Game Night 10/20/25. Second day, 10/21 starts with 8am Keynote followed by breakouts and a sit down lunch for networking
