Join Angela Huff, RN from Forvis as she gives us another exceptional update on HOPE following her conference presentation on this topic. Outcomes: (Learners will) Summarize the HOPE tool’s background and overview. Review the HOPE tool and the key time points for completing and submitting HOPE. Formulate strategies to implement HOPE and utilize the tool in your organization to improve patient care and agency outcomes.
Pricing

$55.00 per person for members.  $70.00 per person for non members.  Substitutions are available, however we do not provide refunds.  All attendees will receive the recording.
